• Review units from brands receive the same treatment as retail units. Loaners are returned or responsibly donated; we do not sell samples.

Accuracy & Sourcing

• Claims are grounded in hands-on testing, direct measurements, and repeatable procedures described in How We Test.
• When we cite third-party data (e.g., specs, firmware notes), we link to sources where available.
• We avoid unverifiable marketing claims and clearly label manufacturer-stated specs versus our findings.

Ratings & Updates

• Scores reflect real-home fit: navigation reliability, pickup, noise, autonomy, and 3‑year ownership cost.
• If firmware or hardware changes affect performance, we retest and update the review with a date-stamped change log.
• We avoid “set and forget” rankings; picks can change when the data does.

Corrections

If we make a mistake, we fix it promptly and note what changed. Email corrections to [email protected] with links and details.

Conflicts of Interest

Contributors must disclose any potential conflicts (employment, investments, gifts). We decline coverage where a conflict can’t be mitigated.
